Truly cumbersome interface. There is no flow, painful to navigate around. To many hoops to jump through to do anything.

Love it Please revert to moleskin notebook layout or offer the choice to the user Would be nice: Multiple photos on pages Text on photos Changeable toolbox location Changeable "brush" sizes We do everything on paper;)))))
Last update makes the app unusable... blank screen... cannot access my content !
iPad Pro 9.7 now it crashes on start
I keep trying Paper to see how it progresses. I love the elegant design and feel of Paper but there are some deal breakers for me personally. •The hard-edged tools are really off-putting (especially the eraser) compared to to how nice the pencil and watercolour tool. A soft eraser or finger-smudge would be nice. • The toolbar is waaaay too big for the iPad Pro. Considering the landscape-oriented design one would think they would put it on the left or right. • Sensitivity for the Apple Pencil is too low and requires too much pressure.
As a sales person selling technology over the past 20+ years, I wanted to move away from traditions. How often do clients look at you as a sales person and think he is just reading the slides someone created. Thanks to Paper and my iPad Pro, I no longer ever present. I tell a story. A whiteboard story, that moves at the flow and pace of the person I am taking to. Paper has made this very simple and very easy. Every customer gets a blank board that I draw and tel a story that matches their needs.
Ive been using Paper since late-2013 and it never disappoints. Its a wonderful app for everyone--from armatures to pros--with an inspiring community, a welcoming design, and an amazing team supporting it. I <3 Paper!
I loved a notebook style. Bad update. let users to chose the style.
This app is nice.
I need some replacement tips but you dont sell it alone I have pen but tip is awful so I need to buy it alone but yourent sell alone and Turkey and Amazon wants a lot of shipload payment so help me please Good works guys
Paper made it incredibly easy for me to visualize my creative ideas and show them to my team. Working with the app is very easy and intuitive, great plus is the support for the Apple Pencil on the iPad Pro. I recommend it to every creative soul reading this, just give it a try and you might be very surprised.
Paper is the only drawing app that doesnt bother the user with tons of unnecessary settings and options. It gets out of the way, so that you can think and draw, quickly. It is also fantastically responsive. I hope FiftyThree will start charging money for it again, because Im worried it will disappear one day.
Paper by 53 and Pencil by 53 are my favorite tools for my iPad. I use them everyday to boost my visual thinking. Fingers crossed 53 for getting even better to help visual thinkers achieve more! One more big advantage of 53 is their support that from my experience works much more effectively than in any other company. Thank you, 53, for taking care of your customers!
Menu? Seriously? You killed the "magic". And what happened to the sync? I dont know how to use the app now. Why do I need it?
With newly introduced pressure sensitivity of writing tool now there is no ability to input small texts using Apple Pencil. Writing tool now produce thick line nearly regardless of pressure you apply to Apple Pencil. So small texts now look like blotted unreadable marks, and there is no way to reproduce prev ver behavior.
iPad and Paper 53 are the only reason to keep using apple products.
With the last two updates the app become terrible. The interface is nice, but drawing is now so frustrating Ive stopped using the app and switched to others. Zooming and panning almost never work, and the tools tray keep showing up accidentally whenever I lay down my wrist (and Im using Pencil). Im very sad.
Does not work. With the new update Version 3.6.6 has lost all functions. The screen is gray without any function. I deleted and reloaded the application. The screen remains gray without functions.
I use it on my iPad Pro to keep notes throughout the day and during meetings. I also use it to create flow diagrams and network topology diagrams. Its super-useful to whiteboard during WeEx meetings (use QuickTime to share the iPad screen content). I tried a few other apps (including OneNote) and like this the App best for the purposes I listed above. Its handy to organize by grids. I also have it on my iPhone so I can refer to notes etc taken earlier if I dont have my iPad with me. I made a vow not to have any paper notepads anymore after I got this app. Now notes are never misplaced. Saves paper clutter, too. Apps like this are justification to purchase an iPad Pro. Great app.
"When you see a hamburger menu they blew it" The original UI was fun, whimsical. Cute journal covers - check! Now its an ugly corporate tool of some sort, with a nausea-blue/green background, and a gross hamburger menu overlapping sidebar with tiny icons of your stuff. Terrible. I only open this app by accident now and close it immediately.
