Not obvious How to Get Started

Since you claim to be reading these review, maybe you can explain why the Tips immediately show tools that are not on my new iPad Pro 9.7” screen. I mean, it says in app purchases available, but where are they? THAT’s the first thing you should give a tip about. I can see that this has the potential to be great, but I can’t even get started.
